Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Yes SEO, provided by Yes SEO. By using the service you agree to them. Last updated Oct 13, 2026.

1. The service

Yes SEO analyzes publicly accessible web pages and reports on-page and technical SEO issues. Results are automated, provided for information and may not be complete or error-free. We don’t guarantee any search ranking, traffic or business outcome.

2. Accounts

You need an account for paid plans, saved history and monitoring. Keep your password safe and tell us about any unauthorized use. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. One person or organization per account; don’t share logins to get around plan limits.

3. Acceptable use

You may audit any publicly accessible website, including competitors’ sites. You must not:

  • use the service to attack, overload or probe websites or networks, or to try to reach private or internal systems;
  • get around usage limits with automated scripts, multiple accounts or other tricks;
  • resell or provide the service as an API without our written permission (sharing reports with your own clients is fine);
  • use reports to harass anyone or to publish personal data;
  • interfere with the security or operation of the service.

We may suspend accounts or block access that breaks these rules or puts the service at risk.

4. Free plan and fair use

The Free plan includes a limited number of single-page checks per day and is supported by ads. Limits may change; the current limits are shown on the pricing page.

5. Paid plans, billing and taxes

Paid plans are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly in advance. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, who is the merchant of record for all orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries about payments and handles returns. Paddle’s terms apply to your purchase, and prices shown may exclude sales tax or VAT, which Paddle adds where required.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your account page. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Refunds

If a paid plan isn’t right for you, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. Renewal payments can be refunded within 14 days if the plan hasn’t been used since renewal. This doesn’t affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

7. Your content and reports

You keep any rights in the URLs, branding and logos you provide. You give us permission to process them to run the service, including generating reports with your branding. Reports are private to anyone who has the link; anyone you share the link with can view it. You can delete your reports at any time.

8. Our content

The service, its software, texts and design belong to Yes SEO. You may use report content for your own and your clients’ purposes.

9. Availability

We work to keep the service fast and available but don’t promise uninterrupted access. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue a paid service, we’ll refund the unused part of your subscription.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

11. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. For significant changes, we’ll notify account holders by e-mail. Questions? Contact us.
