Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your plan. If a paid plan isn’t right for you, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it in full — no questions asked. Renewal payments can be refunded within 14 days if you haven’t used the plan since renewing. Refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method and usually arrive within 5–10 business days.
You can cancel at any time from your account page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan and keeps your saved audits.
Billing FAQ
Can I use the SEO checker for free?
Yes. The Free plan gives you three single-page audits per day with every finding and explanation, no account needed. You only pay for whole-site crawls, monitoring, higher limits and PDF reports.
How does yearly billing work?
Yearly plans are billed once a year and cost the same as 10 months — you get 2 months free compared with paying monthly.
Who handles payments and tax?
Paddle.com is our merchant of record. They process your payment securely, calculate and pay sales tax or VAT for your country, and issue the official invoice.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, at any time from your account page. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. If you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
What is your refund policy?
If the paid plan isn’t right for you, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it in full. Renewals can be refunded within 14 days if the plan wasn’t used after renewing.
Do paid plans show ads?
No. Ads are only shown to Free visitors and never to paying customers.
What counts as one audit?
Each check you start counts once — a single page or a whole-site crawl. Weekly monitoring runs don’t count towards your daily limit.
